Krishan Aggarwal's career spans more than four decades, during which he has held senior positions in industries across Australia, New Zealand, and various global markets. He began his career in the petrochemical engineering sector, where his technical skills and leadership abilities quickly propelled him into strategic management roles. His early experiences laid a strong foundation in operations and project management, essential skills that he continues to pass on to the business owners he mentors today. 

As the Regional Manager for North India with Macneill and Magor Group, Krishan led initiatives that significantly enhanced regional operations, proving his adeptness at driving business performance. His transition to New Zealand brought further leadership opportunities, where he excelled as National Sales Manager for Spraying Systems and National Business Manager for BOC Gases. These roles saw him managing large-scale operations, building long-term client relationships, and driving substantial business growth through operational improvements. 

Krishan's leadership was further demonstrated during his time as Vic State Manager at BOC Gases Australia. Here, he successfully turned around underperforming regions within two years, showcasing his ability to lead teams and implement strategic changes that led to operational efficiencies. His focus on financial performance and strategic planning made a significant impact on the company’s overall success. 

In 2014, Krishan founded GloTech Process Solutions, further expanding his influence by providing consulting and project management solutions to businesses across Australia, Asia, and South America. His international experience allows him to provide small business owners with global perspectives, helping them navigate challenges and capitalise on growth opportunities.
