Operated my own Management consultancy business for the last 20 years, during this time I assisted a wide group of companies ranging from multi-national to small start-up companies to help develop their businesses, re-direct or improve structures and accountability, ensured that the infrastructure was in place for future growth.
Established a number of Advisory Boards, to guide the companies as they grew as well as mentoring the owners into moving from single management to a business structure.
Previous to this I was employed as Managing Director or GM for a number of other well established companies who operated in the Fashion & associated areas of Retail, Wholesale and Manufacturing.
