In his work with not-for-profits, in private industry, and in myriad activities involving State, Federal and International Governments, James has energetically and strategically created and shaped businesses operations across multiple disciplines.
From managing his own multi-disciplinary enterprises to advising other businesses and governments on, strategic planning, organisational structure and restructure, change management, project management, funding of operations and initiatives, to mentoring management and by coaching team members, James had gained a broad insight to the multi-faceted challenges business owners and business start-up aspirants face.
James' speciality lies in conducting operational audits whereby he will assist you to determine whether your business activities align with your aspirational goals and accord with organisational philosophy. Equally applicable to all size and manners of business, operational or function audits allow management to review where they are at presently and identify service gaps and leverage opportunities to do better.
Most businesses suffer from lack of sufficient cash flow from time to time and particularly when they are looking to grow most will look to increasing sales to overcome financial difficulties. However, there are other ways to ease the financial burden. There is a range of state and federal government initiatives in the form of grant funding and low-interest loans for local development through to export market activities.
