David has more than 40 years’ business experience and is passionate about manufacturing engineering and all its associated aspects. He has an intense work ethic and drive and successfully achieved the continual improvement and global competitiveness of several Australian manufacturing companies. He is skilled at all aspects of national and international business, with a clear focus on bottom line profitability, Lean business practices and self-sustaining growth.
David has excellent team-based communications and prefers to mentor as well as direct the organization toward the agreed common goal. His children and many of their friends have sought his business mentoring skills when starting and running their own (mostly IT) businesses, which continues today. David has wound down his work commitments so he can focus on helping others. He has time available and believes that his expertise will contribute to the ongoing development of Australian small business.
